Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Before returning an item, contact us at dvyne.services.llc@gmail.com for authorization and return instructions. The correct return address will be provided after the return request is reviewed and approved.
Items sent to an unauthorized address or returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate apparel, lingerie, underwear, beauty products, personal-care products, opened products, and other specified items may be final sale or ineligible for return. Please review the Refund Policy and product description before purchasing.
